A Word from Pastor Jordan
At Emmanuel North Barrie, we believe deeply that the gospel is really good news for our neighbours, our city, and our world because, through this gospel, God is saving, redeeming, healing and restoring broken individuals and our broken world.
This means that, wherever you’ve come from, our greatest desire is that you would know Jesus and his transforming work and grow in your love for him. There is no perfect church, but the church is one of the great gifts God gives to us, to encourage us, and support us as we follow him and live out his mission in the world.
To that end, I want to welcome you. Whether you’re new to town and looking for a church, or skeptical about the claims of Jesus but interested in learning more, we pray that you will experience the welcome of Jesus at Emmanuel North Barrie, and be encouraged towards a deeper faith in him.

What can I expect at a service?
Most of our services are a combination of musical worship, prayer, scripture teaching, monthly communion and fellowship before and after the service.
What do I wear to service?
Whatever you’re comfortable in as long as it’s family friendly and appropriate!
Do you have childcare?
Yes! We have childcare programming for ages 0 – Grade 3. Please arrive a little bit before the service so that we have time to check your kids in and get them settled.
What kind of church are you?
Emmanuel North Barrie is a part of the Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist Churches of Canada, as well as part of a multi-congregation church family called “Emmanuel”.
Where do I park?
There is parking onsite at the front of ESC Nouvelle Alliance, and additional parking behind the school building.
